Bottled by Signatory for its Cask Strength Collection, this 2001 vintage Ledaig was matured for two decades in a single refill sherry butt. It was bottled without any artificial colour at a boisterous cask strength of 58.8% ABV. This is sure to be an absolute corker.

Nose - Plenty of orchard fruit, orange oil, cocoa powder, and minerally smoke.

Palate - Toasted almonds, dark cherry chocolate, aniseed, and wintery spice.

Finish - Burnt brown sugar, smoke, and salted caramel.
