Distilled in 2003 and bottled in 2023 by Gordon and MacPhail for Connoisseurs Choice series, this is a refill sherry butt matured Islay single malt Scotch whisky from Caol Ila distillery. Released 559 bottles. Stewed fruit aromas combine with autumnal spicesand rich smoke. Sweet medjool date flavours intertwinewith toasted hazelnuts and demerara sugar. A full finish with summer berries and bonfire embers.
