Ballechin 15 Year Old Whisky Sponge Second Secret Edition ABV 48.5% 70CL (Pre-Order 7 Days)

This is a special wee Sponge created from equal parts of Whisky Sponge Editions 36A, 36B and 36C. 

That mix was then reduced to 48.5% for 'seshyness'. Only 121 bottles resulted from all this fiddling about.

This is the second of our 'secret' Sponges which we sold at our first new products tasting in Edinburgh and also to assorted 'chums of Sponge'. 

We did this primarily because it seemed like a very fun idea and the result is actually very tasty. It's a big, earthy, sooty and deeply smoky wee potion that shows an unexpectedly good balance of the three different cask types.
