A wonderful single cask Balblair bottled at a cask strength 55.2% ABV in September 2017 for the Mackillop's Choice range. This beauty matured for 20 years after distillation in 15 May 1997 and has an outturn of 206 bottles.

Nose: Creamy, light, toffee sweetness, quite nice, with some floral rose petal hints.
Palate: Round, creamy, with a little sweetness and some florality. Very nicely balanced.
Finish: Finished long and spicy
