Cask Strength refers to whiskies that are bottled straight from the barrel, completely undiluted. ABV levels for cask strengths lie typically in the range of 52 - 62% ABV. This gives the consumer complete control over the experience of enjoying the drink by diluting it the way they like it best. This expression from TTL OMAR is aged in Bourbon cask.

Matured in the top quality Spanish Sherry casks at least four years then bottled in cask strength by hand. It has been approved by many qualified panelists. Each cask is different in styles with unique aroma. The nature color is preserved and non chill-filtration applied.

Color: Deep amber

Aroma: Orangeade, toffee, smoked plum, brown sugar cake, raisin and cedar.

Palate: Syrup-like, rich and strong.

Finish: Blackberry jam and resin with long aftertaste.

Alcohol: 57.1%

How to drink

Best enjoyed with some experimenting. First off, try the liquid neat and appreciate the overwhelming flavors at it's strongest proof point. Then, slowly add drops of water [preferably via a dropper] or ice, having a taste at different intervals as to experience what the dram has to offer at different levels until you pinpoint your very own golden ratio.
