The various expressions of Yoichi are each unlike the previous one. This edition, with no age indication, is impressively balanced and full of personality.

TASTING NOTES

• Color: golden copper
• Nose: begins with a fruitiness and pastry qualitites then reveals oaky notes and warm spices. At length, a slight peated quality develops.
• Palate: lively and fresh, it confirms the aromas, while stronger in pepper, and reveals pleasant nutshell nuances. The peat then returns a little stronger.
• Finish: it develops into salty and oak tones. A well contained woodiness
