 On March 11, 2006, at 3:30 PM, the first new make flowed from the stills of the Kavalan distillery. In 2016, many guests and journalists were invited by its founder, Tien-Tsaï Lee, to celebrate the 10th anniversary of this distillery, which has become one of the ten largest in the world. In line with the magnificent Oloroso sherry casks that have marked the history of Kavalan, this particularly fruity, floral, and malty version demonstrates superb maturity enhanced by a rancio full of freshness.

Each cask is specially selected for its distinct character and fine quality. Every bottle of this rare spirit is meticulously finished to perfection. Distilled, matured, and bottled in Taiwan.
