DESCRIPTION

Kurayoshi Sherry Cask Whisky is aged in sherry casks for more than 3 years. resulting in a refined drink that balances the sweetness ans acidity very well. The colour is light gold like a dried orange and the aroma is reminiscent of fresh malted barley. Sweet toasted nuts and vanilla combine to stand out on the palate. It is finished lightly with spring water from the wilderness of Tottori.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Sherry, raisins, vanilla.

Palate: Caramel, malty, lemongrass.

Finish: Bittersweet.
