25 year old Caol Ila single malt, drawn from a single cask which aged the whisky from February 1990 to February 2015. After quarter of a century of maturation, the whisky was bottled for the Mackillop's Choice range with an outturn of 302 bottles.

Nose: Smoky and reasonably pungent without being overbearing, with some gun-flint balancing a nice seaweed marine influence. Quite concentrated
Palate: Round, full, with some peppery spice and gentle smoke with saltiness and seaweed. Nicely balanced.
Finish: Dry, spicy finish.
