Nose : Sweet pineapple, vanilla, and green apple aromas are joined by delicate jasmine.

Palate : Creamy flavours of pear, lime marmalade, and vanilla custard lead to chilli spice and oak.

Finish : Medium-bodied with a peppery finish.
