W.H.Y drinking whisky is good for your health?

And, what does whisky made of?

7th April, World Health Day! Let's share with you the benefit of drinking whisky. 

In terms, Whisky is an english corruption from the Scottish and Irish Gaelic, "uisge beatha" or "usquebaugh", meaning "water of life".

Whisky is type of distilled alcoholic beverage made from fermented grain mash. Various grain are used for different varieties, including barley, corn, rye and wheat. Whisky is typically aged in wooden casks.

A study from 2003 published by the National Institute of Health discovered that those who consumed whisky in moderation had lower odds of dementia than non-drinkers. Additionally, drinking in moderation will be an overall improvement of cognitive function.
