DESCRIPTION

A gentle, flowery and slightly spicy Speysider, with just a kiss from a fresh Pedro Ximenez cask. We didn’t want to make it a fruity and heavy monster, since we love the distillery character, and 10 months were ideal to delicately enhance its fragrant notes. It remains light bodied and agile, summery and breezy… but the influence from the sweet Spanish wine is evident in the raisiny and winey hints at the nose, in a slight touch of honey, and in the oranges, red apples, berries and peaches at the palate.
